Fishing the Wild West TV March 2026 Newsletter

It has been a busy sports show season. Coming off the 10th season of Fishing the Wild West TV (FtWWTV) I started in Billings, Montana, at the Big Sky Outdoor Expo, January 16-18, and finished up in Edmonton, Alberta, at the Edmonton Boat & Sportsmen’s Show, March 19-22. In total, I was in three different states and two different provinces. I gave fishing seminars at each show on the Outdoor Stage and met countless people, and I would like to thank them all for their kind words, support, and encouragement. I would also like to thank all the outdoorsmen and women I shared the stage with and all the show managers I worked with for their time and support. It was a real pleasure and honour to work with everyone.

Spring is right around the corner. I will be attending two Bass Pro Shops Spring Fishing Classics. I will be at the Cross Iron Bass Pro Shops on Saturday, April 11, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and giving a tank demo. Watch how your lures work under the water and how fish react to them. Next, I will be at Cabela’s or Bass Pro Outpost in Calgary on Saturday, April 18, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Seminar title. Eliminate these Mistakes and Land More Fish.

During April, I will also be getting my Tracker Targa, V-19, ready for season #11 of FtWWTV. We have a great season, lined up and will hit the road/water starting May 4th. We have a mixed bag of saltwater adventures, including prawning and crabbing with the Northwest Fishing Team in Haida Gwaii, British Columbia. Walleye, lake trout, northern pike, and Arctic Grayling at Tate Island Lodge, Saskatchewan, white sturgeon on the Fraser River, with BC Sportfishing Group, and we even have a few fly-fishing shoots. The Streamside rods & reels and a variety of Sunline fishing line will be getting a workout this season. https://northwestfishingteam.com  https://tateislandlodge.ca  https://www.bcsportfishinggroup.com

Aside from shooting season 11 and the amazing fishing across the country, I look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones on our travels.

Thank you all for your time and support!
